Scoliosis can feel like a scary diagnosis, but it doesn’t have to be. Our philosophy is that understanding the body more - how it is designed, how it moves, and how it adapts - enables us to work with the body’s patterns to improve balance and function with ease.

Many approaches involve adding tension and effort to force the body into balance. The EmbodyU approach will help you experience your own body and how everything is moving and organizing together - spine, pelvis, head, ribs, etc - it’s all connected! We offer simple practices based on the Franklin Method®, yoga therapy, body work, and more that help you experience balance and move your body into more dynamic alignment.

  • 1 - 90 minute live webinar recording exploring the spine and pelvis experientially to better understand your own patterns, plus explorations to help you improve your experience in your body immediately.

  • 11 - Short 5-20 minute videos with anatomical embodiments and exercises supporting you in developing balance in your body and movement

  • 2 - 30 minute movement practices with Ali and Ann

  • 1 - 30 minute recorded Q&A with Ali and Ann going over some common questions about utilizing these practices effectively in life.

  • Bonus videos including a Balls & Bands practice, guided constructive rest, and exploration of asymmetrical movement in daily life
